2.2 Order Confirmation
Once an order is accepted and confirmed, we will send an order confirmation containing product details, the total amount, and the estimated production and delivery schedule. 2.3 Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed as agreed before production. Wholesale and bespoke orders require a deposit, with the remaining balance settled before delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not completed within the specified period, without any liability for breach of contract.

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. The timeline for bespoke orders shall be based on prior mutual agreement. 5.3 Packaging and Damages
