These Terms apply to all online orders placed on the official website of Brother 3 Cookies Hong Kong Company Limited.

All delivery and payment matters related to orders shall be implemented in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Scope: Delivery service covers the whole territory of Hong Kong. For overseas or international delivery, customers shall contact our customer service in advance for arrangement. All international shipping fees shall be borne solely by the customer.

2. Delivery Time: Orders will be arranged for shipment within 1-3 working days after order confirmation and payment completion. The specific delivery time shall be subject to logistics notification.

3. Delivery Fee: Free delivery for orders amounting to HKD 350 or above. A standard delivery fee of HKD 45 will be charged for orders below the threshold. Surcharges for remote areas will be notified separately prior to delivery. All fees for international and cross-border delivery shall be paid by customers.

4. Sign-off Instruction: When receiving the goods, please inspect the product packaging, quantity and appearance on the spot. If there is any damage or shortage, please contact our customer service immediately for handling.

2. Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods: FPS, PayMe, Bank Transfer, Credit Card Payment, Hong Kong Local E-wallets.

2. Payment Deadline: Users must complete payment within 24 hours after placing an order.

Orders with overdue payment will be automatically cancelled.

3. Order Confirmation: The Company will formally process the order and arrange shipment only after receiving payment confirmation.

4. Price Statement: All prices marked on the website are in Hong Kong Dollars, including relevant taxes and fees, with no hidden charges.

3. Special Notes

​

Due to the shelf life characteristics of food products, once the order is shipped, applications for changing delivery address, delaying delivery and other requests will not be supported unless there is quality problem.
